Site Manager – Retrofit / M&E Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire Full-Time | Monday to Friday We are looking for a Site Manager to lead a large-scale residential retrofit project in Renfrewshire. This is a site-based role managing subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and internal works within occupied buildings. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard while managing multiple trades and maintaining strong relationships with residents and stakeholders. Responsibilities * Manage site operations and subcontractors across multiple workstreams * Ensure health & safety compliance and lead site briefings * Monitor programme and coordinate daily activities * Review RAMS and oversee quality and commissioning processes Requirements * Proven experience delivering retrofit or refurbishment projects in occupied buildings * Strong M&E or mechanical bias preferred * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential) * Temporary Works Co-ordinator experience * Strong communication and organisational skills The Opportunity This is a hands-on role acting as the number one on site, delivering a complex project within a live environment.
