Scheme Manager

We’re looking for a Scheme Manager to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to provide essential support for retirement housing residents. Location: Hull Salary: £17 - £18 per hour (via umbrella) Contract: 12 weeks (potential for extension) Hours: 30 hours per week | Monday - Friday About the Role As a Scheme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents’ wellbeing, offering vital assistance, and helping those in need access the right support-all from an office-based setting in Merseyside, with some client visits required fortnightly. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily wellbeing checks with residents in a retirement housing scheme, ensuring their needs are met and escalating any concerns. What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable adults. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
