Delivery of regular Independent NMP clinics weekly depending on the service need (minimum 6 sessions per week)  Provide expert support to new NMPs and all prescribing, nursing and recovery staff  To support the development of non-medical prescribing countywide with the Clinical Lead  Provision of healthcare treatments and procedures (including health screening, blood borne virus screening) for people accessing our service in line with the public health and wellbeing agenda  Support and train staff in substance use disorder and alcohol related disorders  To provide clinical supervision on a monthly basis to staff in the absence of Clinical Lead  To line manage nursing/recovery staff as required  To deputise for the Clinical Lead in their absence Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
