Technical Supervisor

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER – HVAC / BUILDING CONTROLS Location: Office-based (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits This is a hands-on technical role for someone who understands HVAC systems beyond the basics — particularly hydronics and controls. You’ll sit at the centre of technical support, applications, and customer interaction, helping deliver practical solutions and supporting both customers and internal teams. The Role * Technical support via phone and email * Advising on HVAC applications and system performance * Supporting pre-sales and project discussions * Building toward commercial responsibility over time A balanced role across: * Technical support * Applications engineering * Customer engagement What They’re Looking For * Experience in HVAC / building controls * Strong understanding of hydronic systems * Background in: * Controls / BMS * Valves, actuators, or field devices * Commissioning, projects, or system integration This role suits someone who has worked close to the systems and understands how they operate in practice.
