They deliver high-quality refurbishment and construction services across commercial, residential, and public-sector projects. From full building renovations to modern interior fit-outs, they manage every stage- design, planning, and construction- to transform spaces efficiently and sustainably. They are now looking for a Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full time, permanent bases ate their office in Brentwood, Essex. 💼 Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience) 📅 Start Date: Within a few weeks of a successful interview 🎁 Benefits: Company pension with contributions The Role You’ll support the commercial team with a strong focus on: * Procurement and tendering processes * Scope analysis and take-offs * Negotiating with subcontractors * Assisting in cost management across projects Ideal Experience * 6 months – 2 years’ experience on the contracting side * Experience attending site visits at tender stage (preferred but not essential) The Ideal Candidate * Keen to be part of a small, highly coordinated team * Eager to develop a broad understanding of construction and commercial processes * Motivated to grow skills in procurement, tendering, and project delivery Please apply online with an up-to-date CV and covering letter that shows your experience and suitability for the role
