Cnc Machine Operator

Climb Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading company in the Irvine area CNC Machine Operator – CNC Machinist. The core requirement of this role is to machine components to a very high standard to satisfy customer requirements and quality. Key duties and responsibilities include: - Manufacturing components from engineering drawings while adhering to company Quality procedures. - Interpreting engineering drawings to customer specifications to produce components within estimated production times. - Maintaining high housekeeping standards for a safe and clean working environment. - Machining high-grade materials, such as Inconel 718. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - A minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship CNC Machining experience. - Competence in setting and programming Mazatrol Milling Machining Centres. - Experience operating CNC Horizontal or Vertical Borers, Machining Centres, or Mill Turns. - A working knowledge of relevant tooling applications and machine tool capability. - The ability to work a two-week rotation of days and nights.
