Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts Available Location: Skelmersdale (WN8) Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour Full-Time, Ongoing Work, Weekly Pay Looking for a stable, full-time role with consistent hours and a modern working environment? We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Skelmersdale. With immediate starts available, full training provided, and long-term opportunities, this is a great chance to secure ongoing work. What you’ll get: £13.00 p/h (Earlies), £13.50 p/h (Lates) Full-time hours every week, no zero-hour uncertainty Ongoing, long-term work Paid training, including use of robotic picking systems Clean, modern warehouse environment Subsidised on-site canteen Supportive team and structured onboarding Shift Pattern: Working any 5 days out of 7 (Mon–Sun) Rotating shifts: 08:00 – 16:00 16:00 – 00:00(Flexibility required across both shifts) What you’ll be doing: Picking and packing customer orders Working with robot-assisted picking systems Using picking equipment and warehouse technology Meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment Maintaining high standards of health & safety What we’re looking for: Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Team player with a positive attitude Important As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be required to complete standard drug and alcohol screening in line with site safety requirements.
