Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday Rotational Shifts: 6.00 - 15.00 & 15.00 - 00.00 42.5 hour per week Key Responsibilities * Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts and warehouse * Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making * Drive output, productivity and labour efficiency in real time * Manage operational flow and remove bottlenecks across multiple areas * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity * Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety and profitability Requirements * Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment * Track record of delivering output in fast-paced, high-pressure environments * A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness * Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste Experience within the following sectors is highly desirable: * Automotive manufacturing or vehicle processing * Recycling / waste management * FMCG or high-speed production * Logistics or distribution at scale What's in it for You? * Performance-related bonus * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Staff discounts, including discounted fuel * Health & wellbeing benefits after probation * Enhanced pension contributions Ready to Make an Impact?
