We’re hiring for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business in Stockport, This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career (particularly a graduate) who’s organised, proactive and keen to get stuck into the day-to-day running of a busy production environment. What’s on offer? * £26,000 - £28,000 p/a * Mon – Fri | 8am – 4pm * 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays) * Company pension + death in service * Full training provided * Genuine progression opportunities across the business * Long-term role within a growing company What will you be doing as a Logistics Administrator? * Supporting the day-to-day running of the production department * Booking and coordinating deliveries, collections, and shipments * Liaising with customers, hauliers, and internal teams * Managing production schedules and ensuring jobs are ready to run * Preparing and processing despatch paperwork and documentation * Updating stock levels and systems (including Sage) * Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when required * Handling order processing and general admin tasks * Problem-solving and keeping production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment What will you need? * Sage 200 experience * Confident communication skills (phone and email) * Good working knowledge of Excel * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Interested?
