Benefits: Salary up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience Guaranteed team-based bonus of £300 per month Overtime paid at time and a half 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off Manufacturer-approved training and career development schemes Life assurance, pension scheme, staff car scheme, cycle to work scheme, and employee assistance programmes Opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning dealer group with over 60 years of history in South Wales Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 4/5 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at time and a halfDuties: As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards Review vehicle faults and clearly report your findings to the Workshop Controller Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards, with attention to safety and reliability Maintain strict adherence to quality procedures and health & safety regulations Work collaboratively within a busy workshop environment to maximise efficiency Apply your technical skills to deliver excellent service and customer satisfactionRequirements: Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership environment A valid UK driving licence with minimal points An active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to workload High standards of workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced settingIf you are a dedicated Vehicle Technician eager to progress your career within a respected dealership group, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to excellence.
