We’re currently working with an established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that’s looking to appoint a Structural Project Engineer to strengthen their growing Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Structural Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants to progress within a supportive, technically strong environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative building structures team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across industrial, residential, commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors. Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of schemes from concept through to construction. This role offers genuine project responsibility, exposure to clients, and the chance to contribute to high-quality, architecturally led developments. Our client is seeking a capable Structural Project Engineer who can manage their own workload, produce high-quality structural designs, and confidently support junior staff – someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering well-coordinated, buildable solutions. Robot, ETABS, or similar. * Confidence producing calculations, reports and coordinating with technicians. * Ability to manage packages of work and contribute to project delivery. * Good communication skills for liaising with clients, architects and contractors. * A proactive approach and willingness to support junior engineers. * A strong academic background with a BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering. * Chartered – or working towards – with the IStructE or ICE
