What You'll Be Doing This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days look the same. You'll be: Building strong relationships with new and existing clients Helping customers understand their insurance needs in a clear, friendly way Underwriting risks within our delegated authority Managing the full insurance cycle - new business, renewals, MTAs Delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy and care If you love combining technical insurance knowledge with genuine client interaction, you'll thrive here. What We're Looking For To hit the ground running, you'll need: Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 4-9) including Maths & English 2+ years' experience in commercial insurance Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail A passion for delivering outstanding customer service A willingness to learn and grow Why Join This Business?
