Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: north West London Project Value: £20m Sector: Basement, groundworks, RC Frame Overview We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £20m scheme in north West London, working for a leading specialist contracting group. This project needs an individual with a strong track record delivering similarly sized RC Frame projects. Scope of Works You will be responsible for this scheme from preconstruction through to handover, including: * Basement excavation/construction * Foundations * Piling * RC Frame construction * External works Key Responsibilities * Full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, TW design etc) * Programme development, monitoring, and recovery planning * Management of complex sequencing, logistics, and constrained site operations * Stakeholder management including client and local authorities * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Risk identification, mitigation, and reporting Requirements * Proven track record delivering large-scale (£15m+) * Demonstrated expertise leading inner London projects * Experience with basements and RC Frame methodology * Experience with constrained site logistics * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
