Carpenter – Facilities Management Location: Coventry (Midlands-based travel) Pay: £20.00 – £22.00 per hour (PAYE) Permanent position We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company based in Coventry, who are looking to appoint a qualified Carpenter on a permanent basis due to increased workload. This is a hands-on, varied role working across planned and reactive maintenance, alongside fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Midlands. The Role * Carrying out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance * Supporting fit-out and renovation works * Undertaking occasional multi-trade tasks where required * Working across commercial and public sector environments * Travel across the Midlands, with very occasional overnight stays Requirements * Minimum Level 2 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (City & Guilds or NVQ) * Proven experience within maintenance, FM, or fit-out environments * Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks when needed * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team Important This role is ideal for candidates with a short or immediate notice period.
