Helpdesk Administrator Location: Oxford Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation Includes both day and night shifts Working Hours: Days: 06:00 – 18:30 Nights: 18:00 – 06:30 Pay Rates: Days: £13.83 per hour Nights: £15.55 per hour Overtime (Time and a Half): £20.75 per hour Key Responsibilities for a Helpdesk Administrator: Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently Logging and updating jobs on the helpdesk system Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes Providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements for a Helpdesk Administrator: Previous helpdesk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights A valid DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one) Training: Full training will be provided during your first week If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for a role with immediate start, we’d love to hear from you.
