Helpdesk Administrator – Facilities Management Runcorn | Up to £28,000 + Benefits Full time, Permanent We’re proud to be supporting a national Facilities Management business in their search for a proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy service team based in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to build a career within FM. The Role As the Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll act as the central point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance queries across multiple client sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently and jobs are managed through to completion. Duties include: * Handling incoming calls and emails regarding maintenance requests * Logging jobs onto the CAFM system and updating job status * Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams * Scheduling planned and reactive works * Raising purchase orders and ensuring compliance documentation is captured * Providing regular updates to clients and internal teams * Producing reports and keeping accurate records What We’re Looking For * Experience within a facilities management helpdesk or similar fast-paced admin role * Confident communication skills and a strong customer service focus * Good IT and data entry skills, ideally with CAFM experience * Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure * A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach What’s on Offer * Salary up to £28,000 * Full training and support * Friendly and collaborative office environment * Opportunity to grow within a respected FM company If you’re an enthusiastic administrator looking to take the next step within facilities management, we’d love to hear from you
