You’ll be involved across all RIBA stages, supporting schemes from initial feasibility through to completion, while also taking ownership of client relationships and acting as a key point of contact. Projects are varied, with a strong emphasis on commercial properties and higher education estates, including refurbishment works such as roof replacements, alongside design and CAD-based elements.
