Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their established Middlesex team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a notable industry leader whose reputation is built on quality, innovation and long‑standing client relationships. You will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, offering both professional and project‑based surveying work across a range of asset types. The Role Deliver a full spectrum of building surveying services across commercial, industrial and leisure properties Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion Undertake technical due diligence, condition surveys and defect analysis Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the department Work closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes About You Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)  Strong technical knowledge and experience across both professional and project work Confident managing clients, delivering reports and leading projects Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment What’s on Offer Salary between £60,000 – £65,000 Comprehensive benefits package The chance to work with a prestigious, industry‑leading organisation Clear progression opportunities and exposure to high‑profile projects
