Internal Sales co-ordinator


We’re working with a growing engineering and technology business operating in a highly specialised space. They design and supply application-led products to customers across the UK and Europe and are now looking to add an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to their team. This is a commercially focused role with a technical edge. You’ll be supporting incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and helping customers identify the right solution for their needs. It’s not a cold-calling role. Instead, it’s structured, relationship-led, and focused on managing enquiries, processing orders, and supporting ongoing customer relationships. The role You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, taking enquiries through to quotation and order. Working closely with technical and operations teams, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the product range and how it’s applied in real-world environments. Over time, you’ll become confident supporting customers and contributing to the wider sales process. What you’ll be doing Managing incoming customer enquiries and responding in a timely manner Preparing accurate quotations based on customer requirements Processing orders and coordinating delivery with internal teams Supporting relationships with repeat and long-term customers Developing product and technical understanding to better support customers What we’re looking for Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role Strong communication skills and a well-organised approach A proactive mindset with good attention to detail An interest in working within a technical or engineering environment What’s on offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to a specialist and interesting technology sector A stable, inbound-focused commercial role with no cold calling The opportunity to develop both commercially and technically over time
