Sub Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major highways infrastructure scheme based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a high-profile project. Key Details: * Location: Norwich * Duration: 12 months * Start Date: ASAP * Rate: £350 – £450 per shift (dependent on experience) Responsibilities: * Support the Site Agent in the delivery of highways works packages * Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, progress reports, and quality documentation * Assist with planning, programming, and short-term lookahead schedules Requirements: * Proven experience working as a Sub Agent on highways or major infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of highways construction processes and standards * SMSTS certification * CSCS card (relevant level) * First Aid qualification (preferred) * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a site team What’s on Offer: * Competitive day rate * Long-term contract on a flagship highways project * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor * Immediate start available If you are a driven Sub Agent looking for your next contract, apply now to be considered
