Office Manager – Commercial Workplace D&B £45,000 I Permanent I London, Farringdon Bigblue are currently working with a design-led workplace interiors business known for delivering seriously high-quality spaces across London. They’re now looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio, keeping everything operating smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, creative team. They are a close-knit team of approximately 30 employees, with a strong emphasis on both company culture and high standards. The studio offers a vibrant and social working environment, fostering genuine collaboration and positive working relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Own the day-to-day running of the office - making sure everything is seamless • Act as the go-to person for all office-related queries • Manage suppliers, contractors, and office services • Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and ad hoc projects • Oversee office budgets, ordering, and cost control • Help organise team socials, events, and internal culture initiatives • Maintain a high standard across the workspace - aligned with their design quality • Support onboarding of new team members and general HR admin when appropriate Requirements for the Job: • Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operations role • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills - approachable, proactive, and solutions-focused • Comfortable working in a creative or design-led environment • Experience managing suppliers and budgets • Positive, social personality - someone who adds to the culture If you want to join a growing design business, own your space, and work with a genuinely good group of people - this could be a great opportunity for you
