Rather than being purely technical, this role sits at the intersection of: Business consulting AI strategy Change & transformationYou'll work directly with customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, build business cases, and shape AI roadmaps - supporting the adoption of technologies like Microsoft Copilot and AI agents. This is ideal for someone who wants to move into AI from a range of backgrounds - including consulting, Power Platform, business analysis, change, or digital transformation 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities Build business cases, ROI models and value propositions Shape AI strategies and transformation roadmaps Engage senior stakeholders (Director / C-level) to secure buy-in Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions Work with delivery teams to support solution design and rollout Document outputs: assessments, recommendations & action plans Contribute to internal frameworks, playbooks & best practice Stay current with Microsoft AI, Copilot and emerging trends 👥 We're Open on Background We're deliberately open on profile - the right person could come from: Power Platform / Microsoft Consultant Business Analyst / Product / Digital Transformation Management / Technology Consulting Change & Adoption / Prosci environments Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting ✅ What We're Looking For Experience working with customers in a consulting or advisory capacity Ability to understand business challenges and translate into solutions Strong stakeholder engagement (including senior leadership) Experience building business cases, ROI or value-led proposals Interest in AI, Copilot and emerging technologies Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills Nice to have: Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI technologies Understanding of Power Platform or Microsoft ecosystem Experience with transformation programmes or change frameworks Awareness of AI concepts (prompting, RAG, automation etc.) 🚀 Why This Role?
