Engineering Machinist

Job Role: Engineering Machinist Location: Sheffield Salary: Up to £19.30 per hour (depending on experience) Metalis are currently working with a well-established manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking for 2 skilled Engineering Machinists to join their team. Job Duties: Set, operate and program a variety of CNC and Manual machinery Read and work from engineering drawings Record progress of production Report any issues to management Ensure works are completed safely with high quality Make sure equipment is clean, tidy and well maintained Job Requirements: Experience working with lathes, mills etc Experience with medium to large components Heidenhain and/or Fanuc experience Able to set, operate and program CNC and Manual machinery Open to the possibility of future shift work (mornings and afternoons rotating) and overtime Salary, Shift & Benefits: Up to £19.30 per hour (depending on experience) Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 2:30pm Overtime available at 1.5x - Saturday, 6am - 11am 25 holidays plus bank holidays Pension scheme Westfield cash plan Profit share bonus Salary sacrifice schemes Death in service If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
