Estimator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a growing and well-established Main Contractor delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in managing tenders independently, ideally coming from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background, and comfortable contributing to both the commercial and qualitative aspects of bids. The Role: * Taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission * Preparing accurate cost estimates across a variety of project types * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Liaising with supply chain to obtain competitive quotations * Contributing to written tender responses and submissions * Working closely with internal teams to develop winning bids The Company: A reputable Main Contractor delivering projects ranging from £50k up to £20m. Their portfolio spans public sector frameworks and includes Education, Social Housing, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial, and Entertainment sectors.
