Role Overview – Sales & Service Advisor We are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join a growing automotive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, sales, or motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, bookings, estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems Convert enquiries into confirmed service and repair appointments Prepare and clearly explain estimates, pricing, and required work Schedule jobs and manage workshop bookings efficiently Keep customers updated on progress, timelines, and any additional work Liaise with the front-of-house team, technicians, and workshop management Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident explaining pricing, services, and technical information Good IT skills (Excel or similar systems) Highly organised with excellent time management Ability to multitask in a busy environment Automotive or motor trade experience (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 1 Saturday per month Benefits Competitive salary (£30K–£36K DOE) Ongoing training and development (including sales training) Friendly, supportive team environment Staff discounts Company social events Clear career progression opportunities Free on-site parking Company pension Cycle to work scheme #INDEI Contact (url removed)
