Marketing Assistant

We’re hiring for a Marketing Assistant to join a global engineering business based in Droylsden. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of marketing activity from digital content and product launches to exhibitions and website updates. What’s on offer? * £25,500 p/a * Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) * Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 5:00pm * Early finish Friday (3:30pm) * Quarterly bonus (KPI-based) + annual company bonus * Clear progression plan with regular pay reviews * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more) * Ongoing training across digital marketing, systems, and analytics * Free parking * Cycle to work scheme * Regular social and charity events What will you be doing as a Marketing Assistant? * Supporting product launches through content preparation and campaign coordination * Assisting with the creation and updating of marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, web content) * Uploading and maintaining website content via CMS systems * Supporting exhibitions and events, including logistics and coordination * Assisting with photography, video content, and digital asset management * Helping maintain multilingual marketing materials across global markets * Supporting basic SEO and digital marketing activity * Compiling data and supporting reporting on website traffic and campaign performance * Providing general marketing and administrative support across the team What will you need? * A degree or qualification in Marketing (or similar) * A genuine interest in digital marketing, content, and data * Strong attention to detail, particularly with written content and proofreading * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Confident communication skills and willingness to learn Interested?
