Creative Illustrator & Designer Guildford (Office-Based) Full-Time £26000 – £35,000 per year We’re looking for a Creative Illustrator & Designer who sees personality in every stroke and beauty in the smallest details. We’re not just after experience - we want raw talent, technical skill and a pixel-perfect mindset. If your portfolio shows creativity and precision, we want to see it. The Role: This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll combine creativity with technical precision across multiple channels: * Bespoke Illustration – Create custom graphics, icons and campaign visuals * Precision Layout – Design high-impact print materials (catalogues, flyers, large-format graphics) * Digital Content – Produce engaging social media assets, ad creatives and motion graphics * UI/UX Design – Build banners and UI components in Figma with a focus on user experience * Brand Consistency – Maintain a strong, cohesive brand across all platforms Essential Skills: * Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign * Ability to illustrate from scratch with a solid understanding of composition and balance * Excellent attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach * Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and print-ready design * A proactive mindset - someone who challenges briefs and brings ideas to life Desirable (Nice to Have): * Experience with Figma (or willingness to learn quickly) * Knowledge of motion graphics/animation (After Effects or Premiere Pro) * Interest in tech, networking, or smart automation Why Join our Client? * Creative Freedom – Your ideas matter; we encourage you to challenge the brief * Career Growth – Ongoing development within a collaborative team * Variety – Work across print, digital, campaigns and UX projects Benefits * Casual dress * Company events * Employee discount * Free/on-site parking * Health & wellbeing programme * Private medical insurance * Sick pay
