Goods In Operative

We deliver bespoke, end-to-end distribution solutions, supported by the latest market insights and strategies. We work with a wide range of manufacturers, providing storage and distribution services to full and short-line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Warehouse team and are seeking a Goods In Operative to join us. Role & Responsibilities * Pick and pack products, ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy * Receive, check, and store goods in line with GDP regulations * Learn and adhere to all relevant SOPs following training, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures * Maintain high standards of customer service through accurate picking, packing, and dispatch * Work safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies and procedures * Carry out routine stock checks * Use scanners to read and process barcodes * Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanroom standards * Undertake any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager Person Specification * Counterbalance forklift licence – Preferred * A willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations * High level of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy * Strong communication skills * Computer literate and confident using technology * A positive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service * Punctual, organised, and hardworking Benefits * Opportunities for career progression * On-site parking * Company social events * 25 days’ holiday plus Birthday Club * The opportunity to be part of a growing company with a supportive team If you believe this role is a good match for you, we would love to hear from you, please apply today
