Hiring: End User Support Lead (EUC Lead) – Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪 Are you a hands-on leader who excels in end-user support, device migrations, and IT transitions? We’re looking for an experienced End User Support Lead (EUC Lead) to drive seamless PC migrations, SCCM/Intune operations, and M&A integrations—ensuring a smooth and high-quality user experience across the business. 📍 Location: Dublin, Ireland 📄 Type: Contract / Permanent 💼 Experience: Senior / Lead Level 🔥 What You’ll Do Lead and manage End User Services (EUC) across L1–L3 support teams. Oversee onsite and remote support operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Drive PC/laptop migration and rollout programs, including OS imaging and deployment. Manage SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device configuration and application deployment. Ensure smooth migration of user data, applications, and profiles with minimal downtime. Support M&A IT integration activities, ensuring seamless transition of end-user services. Collaborate with internal teams and acquired entities to align support processes and standards. Assist in server migration activities from an end-user support perspective. Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, workflows, and knowledge base maintenance. Conduct current-state assessments, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in support processes. Maintain documentation and standardize EUC procedures and best practices. Track project progress, risks, and provide regular stakeholder updates. 🧠 What You Bring 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong EUC/Desktop Support leadership. 3+ years in EUC Lead / Desktop Support Lead / Support Management roles. Proven experience in PC migration, device refresh, and rollout programs. Hands-on expertise with: Autopilot SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune OS imaging and deployment Experience supporting M&A, IT integration, or transition projects. Working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, knowledge management). Understanding of server migration support from an end-user perspective. Strong experience managing L1–L3 support teams in multi-location/global environments.
