This role is ideal for candidates who thrive under pressure, enjoy variety, and want to make a real difference for customers every day. 🔑 What You'll Be Doing Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media Delivering clear, confident advice throughout the customer journey Resolving issues efficiently with a first-time resolution mindset Managing customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and ownership Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth service delivery Accurately updating systems and following customer service processes ✅ What We're Looking For Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or retail roles (preferred, not essential) A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude Availability to start immediately 🎯 What's in It for You?
