EYFS Level 3 Practitioner – Harrow Location: Harrow Start Date: February 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Pay: £95–£120 per day The Opportunity A friendly and nurturing nursery setting in Harrow is looking to appoint two enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Practitioners to join their team from February 2026. Following recent staffing changes, the setting is keen to welcome individuals who are reliable, energetic, and passionate about supporting early childhood development. About the Role You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Early Years education, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging EYFS learning experiences in line with the framework Support planning, observations, and assessments Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children Work collaboratively with colleagues to support individual development Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting What We’re Looking For A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare Experience working in a Nursery or Reception setting A caring, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early development Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Interview Process Child Interaction Task (30–40 minutes): Leading a simple activity with a child Formal Interview: With the Nursery Manager and Director Why Join This Setting?
