Assistant Building Surveyor - Huddersfield This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured APC programme, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of building surveying services while working towards your MRICS status. The Role On a day-to-day basis, you will support senior surveyors and project teams by: * Assisting with dilapidations, condition surveys, and acquisition reports * Supporting contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects * Preparing reports, schedules, and technical documentation * Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants * Attending site meetings and client meetings * Managing workload, timesheets, expenses and general project administration * Developing technical knowledge through APC study, mentoring and CPD About You * Minimum 1 year’s industry experience * RICS-accredited degree (2:1 or above) * Working towards Chartered RICS status * Organised, commercially aware and client-focused What’s On Offer * Structured APC support and mentoring * Varied workload across multiple sectors * Clear progression within a growing consultancy * Competitive salary and benefits Contact Charlie Voss at Stoneridge Consulting on (phone number removed) to learn more and apply
