We're working with a progressive, agriculture-focused business delivering projects across the rural and infrastructure sectors. They're now looking for an Environmental Advisor to support work on soils, earthworks and environmental compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a farming or land-based background to apply their knowledge on-site, while gaining experience across a wide range of projects. The Role Provide a key interface between agricultural land management and construction delivery, ensuring soil handling and earthworks support successful reinstatement with minimal long-term damage Support delivery of construction and rural infrastructure projects Monitor soil handling, earthworks and reinstatement on-site Complete Records of Condition (RoCs) and site inspections Ensure works align with Soil Management Plans and best practice Identify risks around soil structure, trafficking and compaction Assist with landowner liaison and environmental compliance About You Essential: Degree (or working towards) in Agriculture, Environmental Management or similar Experience in farming, construction, utilities or land-based projects Strong organisation and communication skills Willingness to travel to sites across the UKDesirable: Good understanding of UK farming systems and soil management CSCS/SHEA card or experience with mapping tools (e.g. LandApp)Why Apply?
