Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks Maidstone £300 - £400 per day About the Company Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks with a turnover of over £50 million. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex projects. Project values vary from £1m - £10m. About the Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction Key responsibilities include: * Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments. * Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability. * Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders. * Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management. * Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly. Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure * Strong commercial and NEC contractual knowledge. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Degree in Quantity Surveying Benefits & Rewards Day rate: £300 – £400 Ltd Company or CIS Apply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape Recruitment for more information
