Electrical Supervisor

We are in the market for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the Lincoln area, working on education retrofit projects. Given the nature of the project sites and the work required, this role will be working OOH 4pm till 1am, Mon - Fri Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities: As the Electrical SUpervisor you will: * Be responsible for overseeing engineers on site, ensuring all electrical works are completed to the specifications and to a high quality * Liaise with clients ensuring you put the best foot forward to represent the business * Have a strong technical electrical knwoeldge based off a career working in similar environments * Liaise with internal PM's, update and coordinate works with PM's * Be responsible for H&S on site for engineer's as well as leaving the site in a safe and tidy manner Electrical Supervisor Requirements: * Full Electrical Qualification equal to (NVQ, AM2, 18th edition) * Experience managing teams of engineers on electrical projects * Experience working within education sector (Preferable) * Enhanced DBS (Essential) * Full UK drivers licence Whats in it for you as an Electrical Supervisor: * A competative Salary £50,000 DOE * Overtime (at increased rates) * OTE £65,000 / £70,000 * Pension * Holidays * Further package (details will be explained in follow up call) * Opportunity for development and progression If you feel like this opportunity suits your career trajectory or falls in line with your experience, qualification and you want to join a respectable business, Please apply with your fully up to date CV and contact number and we will be in touch as soon as possible
