Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

This position offers a strong basic salary of up to £55,000 , ongoing manufacturer training, and clear progression within a smaller company where development is easier to see and genuinely achievable. What the role involves Installing and commissioning splits, VRV/VRF, and DX systems Working across retail, commercial, and fit-out projects Managing installations on site Running jobs from start to finish if you’re at a senior level Leading small teams on-site where needed Speaking with clients and helping keep projects moving smoothly What they’re looking for Solid air conditioning install experience Good hands-on knowledge of splits, VRV/VRF, and DX systems Someone who can work independently and take ownership of jobs Good attitude and communication on site Full UK driving licence What’s on offer Up to £55,000 basic Regular overtime available Company van and fuel card , with personal use allowed Manufacturer training including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Toshiba Real opportunity to grow with a small, expanding business The business itself is a smaller contractor with a strong pipeline of work across retail, commercial, and banking environments.
