We’re working with a well-established engineering business looking to bring in an Internal Sales Engineer to support their growing sales function. This is a great role for someone with sales experience who wants to move into a more technical environment, or someone already in a similar role looking for a better setup. What you’ll be doing • Handling incoming enquiries and turning them into commercial opportunities • Preparing quotes and proposals for customers • Following up quotations and closing business • Building strong relationships with key accounts • Supporting external sales and wider commercial activity • Occasionally attending client meetings across the UK What we’re looking for • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients • Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence Bonus points if you have: • Experience in engineering, electrical or technical products • Knowledge of UPS systems or similar equipment What’s on offer • Salary up to £30,000 • Bonus scheme • 23 days holiday • Early finish on Fridays • Pension • Hybrid working (1 day from home) • Genuine long-term progression within a stable business If you’re looking for a role where you can build a career in technical sales and be part of a supportive team, apply now or get in touch for more details
