Ideal Recruit are hiring Warehouse Operatives – Daventry (NN11)! Ideal Recruit are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in the Daventry (NN11) area. Shift Options: Day Shift: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 £13 per hour OT £16.25ph Night Shift: Monday- Friday 18:00-02:30am £14.50 per hour OT £18.12ph ⏱ 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders accurately Labelling products Loading and unloading goods Moving stock and pallets Stock counting and inventory checks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all health & safety procedures Carrying out any additional duties as required ✅ Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Good level of English communication Flexibility to work assigned shifts If you are interested in this position, please apply now
