Customer Experience & Sales Advisor Location: Prescot Job Type: Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate Our client is recruiting a proactive and commercially minded Customer Experience & Sales Advisor to join their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is a customer‑facing role with a strong sales focus, supporting enquiries and bookings across training and medical services. The role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and building long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email Treating every enquiry as a sales opportunity, aiming to secure bookings at first point of contact Actively upselling relevant courses and services and applying incentives where appropriate Following up on non‑converted enquiries to maximise booking rates Proactively managing course fill rates, encouraging take‑up from self‑funded clients Contacting customers ahead of training expiry dates to secure refresher bookings and repeat business Identifying and escalating potential new business opportunities where appropriateAdvisory & Relationship Management Providing accurate advice on course content, medical services, pricing, prerequisites, and availability Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Attending meetings when required and supporting the wider customer experience functionOperations & Administration Accurately processing training, medical, and accommodation bookings Maintaining accurate records of bookings, sales orders, and customer interactions Liaising with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and new course requests Keeping knowledge up to date across all services offeredSkills & Experience Strong customer service background with a sales‑focused mindset Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries Professional, collaborative, and commercially awareWhat’s on Offer Immediate start with temp‑to‑perm opportunity Customer‑facing role with real impact on business performance Supportive team environment with scope for longer‑term developmentPlease note, this is an immediate start role
