Parts Advisor 💰 £28,000 Basic | £34,000 OTE 🕒 Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 🗓️ 1 in 3 Saturday mornings The Role A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership. This is a key role within the aftersales team, ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers. Key Responsibilities * Supplying parts efficiently to the workshop and front counter * Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts using manufacturer systems * Managing stock levels, ordering, and returns * Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face * Processing invoices and payments accurately * Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant parts department Requirements * Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (motor trade preferred) * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Good IT/system skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £28,000 basic salary + £6,000 bonus potential * Monday–Friday 8–5 hours * Only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and development
