We have been supplying across Construction and Industrial markets since 2004 and continue to expand with 9 branches nationwide. As we continue to expand into new markets, we are looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter to join one of our busiest branches located in London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting the Branch Manager in supplying high-quality candidates to clients across the Driving, Logistics and Transport markets. The Role We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and winning new business within the Industrial and Logistics sector. This is a full 360 sales role, requiring proactive new business development through cold calling, site visits, and using initiative to build relationships via alternative and creative methods. You will be responsible for opening doors within existing accounts to maximise opportunities and grow revenue. To succeed, you must be resilient, highly motivated, and financially driven, with the determination to overcome challenges and deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities * Canvassing new business opportunities via; cold calling and site visits * Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of client opportunities including and candidate availability * Creating and managing job adverts across job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms * Sourcing candidates for Warehousing/Production, Logistics and Transport/Driving roles * Pre-screening and qualifying candidates and candidate registrations Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 * 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays off * One week off over the Christmas period * Additional holiday added each year + birthday off Salary & Benefits * £28,100 - £32,000 salary * Market leading commission structure up to 25% FLAT * Monthly cash incentives * Annual forecast bonus £5,000 * Annual trips abroad * Quarterly team socials * Clear career progression opportunities * Supportive team environment with back of house support What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with 360 recruitment experience and strong business development experience, especially within: * Industrial * Transport & Logistics * Hospitality & Catering * Facilities Management * Production & Manufacturing To be successful in this role, you must have 360 recruitment experience and strong business development in the markets lilsted.
