IFM Contract Manager – Greenwich University of Greenwich, Greenwich Campus, SE10 9LS Monday to Friday 40 hrs pw Salary: £58,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits This role has been re-benchmarked to reflect current market conditions and offers a highly competitive package. Lead a High-Profile IFM Environment This is not a standard Facilities Management role. Set within one of London’s most iconic heritage estates, including the world-famous Old Royal Naval College, this role offers the opportunity to operate within a UNESCO World Heritage setting. You will be leading services across a truly prestigious environment where history, architecture and modern academic excellence combine - delivering facilities management at the highest level within a landmark campus. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Facilities Operations and Workplace Experience, you will take ownership of operational delivery, performance and client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering Hard FM and integrated services - Team size: approx. 145 This role combines operational leadership, technical oversight and stakeholder engagement.
