Trainee Stores Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Stores Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team based near Wareham. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking to develop their skills further within a stable, long-term role. The hours for this role will be Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:15pm.  The Trainee Stores Operative Role will include: Picking and packing orders accurately Assisting with goods-in deliveries and stock checks Working within dispatch to prepare orders for shipment Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment Following health & safety procedures at all timesWhat the Trainee Stores Operative will need:  Previous warehouse or stores experience is preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Good attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude with a strong work ethicThe Successful Trainee Stores Operative will recieve:  Full training provided Opportunity to develop within a supportive team Friendly and welcoming working environment 3 day weekend every week! This role would suit someone who is happy to start on minimum wage and is keen to build a career within warehouse and stores operations.
