Due to significant and continued growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, driven, and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Higham Ferrers office. We currently have more live roles than our existing team can manage, meaning the successful candidate will join with an established and active pipeline from day one, providing immediate opportunity to generate revenue. About the Role This is a full 360 recruitment role, offering complete ownership of your own desk. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing and placement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a sales-driven environment and wants the autonomy to build, grow, and maximise their own desk, with the support of an established brand and strong market presence.
