Revit MEP Technician

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to work on MOD and high-security projects, contributing to the development of coordinated BIM models and technical drawings within a multidisciplinary engineering environment. The successful Revit MEP Technician will play a key role in delivering MEP BIM models, design coordination and technical documentation, working closely with engineers and project teams on complex and sensitive projects. As a Revit MEP Technician, your responsibilities will include: * Producing and maintaining Revit MEP models for building services projects * Developing coordinated MEP BIM models and technical drawings * Supporting the delivery of MOD and secure building services projects * Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams * Coordinating MEP models with architectural and structural designs * Producing detailed technical drawings and construction documentation * Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and compliance requirements * Supporting project teams with design coordination and model integration To be considered for this Revit MEP Technician role, candidates should have: * Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Technician or BIM Technician * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP * Experience working within building services or MEP engineering projects * Ability to produce coordinated BIM models and technical drawings * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams Essential: * Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC) Desirable: * Experience working on MOD, defence or secure projects What's On Offer * £45,000 - £60,000 salary * Hybrid working * Opportunity to work on MOD and high-security projects * Collaborative and technically focused engineering environment * Strong opportunities for career development and progression If you are a Revit MEP Technician with building services experience looking to work on secure and technically complex projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team in Bristol.
