Hiring: Senior Theatres Matron – Band 8b 3 to 6 Month Contract | £41.00 per hour We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Theatres Matron for a Band 8b opportunity based in HA7 4LP. This is a senior theatre leadership role requiring a candidate with strong experience in: * operating theatres / perioperative services * theatre management * patient safety and clinical governance * workforce planning and staff leadership * quality improvement and service delivery * operational and budget accountability Essential: * Current NMC registration * Significant theatre leadership experience * Strong perioperative clinical background * Ability to lead theatre teams and support safe, high-quality care Location: HA7 4LP Contract Length: 3 to 6 months Pay Rate: £41.00 per hour
