Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Infrastructure & Highways (Multi-Site Logistics Projects) M5 Corridor between Gloucester and Bristol Up to £75,000 plus company package We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of large-scale logistics developments across the M5 corridor. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, delivering complex civil infrastructure and highways packages for a leading main contractor. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of civil and highways works across several major logistics schemes. This is a dynamic position requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Oversee commercial delivery of civil infrastructure and highways packages across multiple sites Manage budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasting across projects Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and variations Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and account management Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and opportunities Work closely with operational teams to ensure commercial objectives are met Provide clear and accurate reporting to senior management Mentor and support junior commercial staff where required Requirements Strong experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure, or highways Proven track record managing multiple projects or sites simultaneously Excellent knowledge of NEC forms of contract Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or working towards a professional qualification (e.g., RICS) What We Offer Involvement in a diverse portfolio of high-value logistics developments Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career progression within a growing business Exposure to complex, multi-site infrastructure delivery This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to broaden their experience across multiple major projects within the logistics sector.
