We support leadership appointments that shape the direction of businesses - and how we communicate that to the market has never been more important. Our marketing function plays a key role in supporting our sales teams, building brand visibility and driving engagement across multiple channels. The Role We're looking for a hands-on, all-round Marketing Executive who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role has a strong focus on design and LinkedIn marketing, working closely with our sales teams (recruitment consultants) to elevate their presence, create high-quality content, and support business development activity. You'll be at the heart of day-to-day marketing delivery - bringing ideas to life quickly, managing multiple priorities, and helping ensure consistency across everything we do. What You'll Be Doing - Create high-quality visual content using Canva (social posts, slide decks, marketing collateral) ensuring all output is aligned to brand guidelines - Support and manage LinkedIn activity across multiple company profiles - Work with consultants to enhance their LinkedIn presence and engagement - Schedule, publish and manage social content, including community engagement - Upload and update website content (e.g. blogs, copy updates) - Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution - Collaborate closely with the marketing team and wider business to deliver consistent, on-brand output - Help manage marketing workflows and tasks across multiple projects What We're Looking For We're open to shaping this role around the right person, but ideally you'll bring: - Strong design skills using Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus) - Experience creating and managing B2B LinkedIn content - Confidence working with and supporting sales teams or stakeholders - Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities - A proactive, "get stuck in" mindset with a willingness to learn - Comfortable making basic website updates (Craft CMS experience beneficial, not essential) - Copywriting experience across social, email and web content - An interest in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, with a willingness to apply these in day-to-day work - Comfortable working within defined brand guidelines, with strong attention to detail and consistency Nice to Have (But Not Essential) - Experience in recruitment, professional services or multi-brand B2B environments - Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Dotdigital) to create email campaigns (segmentation and simple workflows advantageous) - Exposure to analytics (GA4, GTM), SEO or paid media (LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Google Ads)
