My client is seeking a commercially minded and proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of brand strategy and market positioning within a dynamic professional services environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, playing a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting business development activity, and driving client engagement. The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring the marketing consistently reflects the organisations values, expertise, and growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Management * Develop and deliver a clear, compelling brand strategy aligned with the commercial objectives * Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels * Act as brand ambassador, maintaining high standards across all internal and external communications * Lead brand development projects including positioning, messaging refinement, and campaigns * Work closely with Partners to understand their sector focus, client base, and growth priorities * Support Partners in raising their individual and collective market profiles Business Development Support * Collaborate with the team to support pipeline generation and client acquisition strategies * Create compelling pitch materials, credentials documents, and proposals * Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through targeted campaigns and content * Support key client relationship initiatives, events, and networking activities Content & Campaign Management * Oversee the creation of high-quality content including articles, insights, case studies, and digital campaigns * Drive thought leadership initiatives to position the firm as a leader in its field * Manage digital presence including website, social media, and email marketing * Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine future activity Market Insight & Positioning * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform brand positioning * Work with Partners and BD teams to identify growth sectors and target audiences * Ensure the firm’s value proposition is clearly articulated and differentiated Key Skills & Experience * Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within professional services (e.g. accountancy, legal, consultancy) * Strong understanding of business development and client acquisition in a relationship-led environment * Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Partners or Directors * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas * Commercially aware, with a proactive and results-driven mindset * Experience managing campaigns across digital and offline channels * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Personal Attributes * Confident and credible, with the ability to influence at senior level * Collaborative and relationship-focused * Creative thinker with a practical, hands-on approach * Highly professional with strong attention to detail * Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment My client offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating a well-established professional services brand.
