You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of activities, giving you a strong foundation in operational support within a manufacturing environment. You’ll coordinate visitors and contractors, manage meeting logistics and diaries, and take minutes while tracking actions, helping you build strong stakeholder management and organisational skills. You’ll also arrange travel and accommodation, support expenses and purchasing processes, and maintain accurate records, giving you valuable experience across multiple business functions. Working closely with different teams across the site, you’ll develop the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment, all while playing a key role in keeping operations on track. Our team embraces modern technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to work smarter and deliver better results. Candidates should either have experience using AI tools or demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply them in their role. You’ll ideally have: * General administration support, including filing, photocopying, distributing incoming mail * Strong IT skills, including MS Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail and strong organisational ability * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information * Experience with travel booking Desirable * Experience in a site-based, engineering or manufacturing environment * Experience taking meeting minutes and tracking actions What do we do at NP Aerospace?
